The Manager of Individual Giving is responsible for the overall success of the Charity’s annual giving from individual donors making gifts of $1 – $999. This individual manages all aspects of individual giving fundraising with a long-range goal of growing the donor base and increasing revenue year over year. Key responsibilities include: Strategy and oversight of individual giving, including monthly donors, volunteers to donors, and direct mail; creating, planning and executing digital campaigns for individual support; and working closely with the Senior Director of Philanthropy and the Development team to grow and retain our annual donors and build a pipeline of future major donors. The Weekend Manager acts as the primary point of contact in the absence of the House Manager, overseeing all aspects of House operations during weekend hours to ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for Guest Families. This role provides leadership to weekend staff and volunteers, addresses emergencies, and ensures proper functioning of the facility. The Weekend Manager exercises independent decision-making, professional judgment, and problem-solving to address operational and guest-related needs during assigned shifts.

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in advancing the mission of Ronald McDonald House Atlanta by identifying, cultivating, and securing new corporate partnerships and revitalizing relationships with lapsed corporate donors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, this position focuses on new business development, strategic prospecting, and data-informed partnership growth to generate $500K+ in annual revenue in alignment with Ronald McDonald House Atlanta’s strategic plan.
The Manager serves as an analyst and relationship builder — using data insights, shared value frameworks, and community engagement to create meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships that help keep families close during their child’s medical journey.
The Night Shift Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the North Druid Hills location of Ronald McDonald House Atlanta during overnight hours. This hands-on role addresses maintenance needs and provides back-up support to the Night House Manager to ensure smooth after-hours operations. In addition, the Facilities Coordinator must be able to provide support at the Peachtree Dunwoody House when needed and respond to emergencies as required. This is a full-time, on-site position with a regular schedule of Sunday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
In the absence of the House Manager, the Night Manager is responsible for the overall management of the House, working Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. This role involves creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for families and providing support when needed.
Ronald McDonald House Atlanta is seeking a Culinary Intern to support the growth and success of the Meals That Heal Program. The Intern will assist in all aspects of food preparation, planning diverse menus with our Chefs and providing nutritious meals for families who call the Ronald McDonald Houses home.

This internship offers hands-on nonprofit experience and will allow the individual to gain valuable real-world experience in fundraising, event planning, and communications, contributing directly to the success of the House’s programs. Working primarily with the Development Team, the intern will be exposed to all areas of fundraising including individual, corporate, and foundation giving. The position will offer a great opportunity to gain experience in donor management, prospect research, and project management.
